Terms and Conditions
Your Health (a) It is your responsibility to let your hosts know if you have any health concerns or injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capabilities during the retreat. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must desist immediately. (b) It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake any of the physical activities that you may choose to do whilst on the retreat. Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, our retreats are often situated in the countryside where the land is uneven and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain. (c) We shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during any of our retreat activities. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat.
Alcohol & Drugs We do not permit the consumption of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs on-site at any of our retreats. Our retreats are aimed at providing and facilitating activities in line with health and wellness, and therefore consumption of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs on-site at our retreats is not permitted.
No Liability for Possessions It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the retreat, this includes vehicles.
Photography I, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorise Rewild & Thrive to use photographs of me and or my property and authorise Rewild & Thrive and its assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
Amendments by us Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g., yoga teacher, class times or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time. Cancellation by us We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat. In particular our retreats require a minimum number of at least 75% of the participants to have booked by 30 days before the start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date we may cancel and refund payment to you in full. Our liability to you (a) We accept responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard. (b) We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
Booking Terms A deposit of at least £50 must be paid to Rewild and Thrive in order to secure your booking. Any deposit paid to Rewild and Thrive is non refundable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat date.
Cancellation If you cancel your booking, a refund of the final amount will only be given if the remaining time before the retreat is 8 weeks or more. Otherwise, 6 weeks notice will allow 75% of the final amount to be refunded, 4 weeks before the retreat we will refund 50% of the final amount and 2 weeks before we will refund 25% of the final amount paid. Any cancellations by you one week or less before the retreat will not be entitled to any refund.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers do not have an expiry date. Only redeemable at RewildandThrive.com. If your order exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced so please keep them safe. All vouchers are digital. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be resold. In the event of a cancelled retreat, any tickets purchased using gift vouchers will be refunded back to the gift voucher.
Complaints If you are unhappy during your retreat, please inform the retreat host immediately and they will endeavour to put things right. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the individual behaviour of any group member or other guest during the retreat.

Special Category Data
Information relating to allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions, and accessibility needs is classified as special category personal data under UK GDPR.
We collect and process this information only where necessary to ensure your health, safety, wellbeing, and participation in our retreats and activities.
Payments
Payments are processed through Wix. We do not collect or store payment card details. Please refer to Wix’s privacy information for details of how they process payment and account information.
Who Has Access to Your Information
Your information is only accessible to authorised members of Rewild and Thrive CIC who require access for the administration and delivery of retreats, events, and communications.
Access to participant information is currently restricted to three authorised individuals. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data Security Personal information is stored on password-protected systems and devices. Access is limited to authorised personnel only. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Newsletter Communications
If you book a retreat, attend one of our events, or contact us regarding our activities, we may use your name and email address to send information about future retreats, events, services, and updates from Rewild and Thrive CIC.
You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
How Long We Keep Information
Retreat booking records, including names, contact details, booking information, and payment records, are retained for up to six years following the event in order to comply with accounting, insurance, and legal obligations.
Emergency contact information, allergy information, dietary requirements, medical information, and accessibility information are retained only for as long as necessary for the safe delivery of the retreat and will normally be securely deleted within 30 days following the event unless there is a legal, safeguarding, insurance, or health and safety reason requiring longer retention.
Where you receive our newsletter or updates, your name and email address will be retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or we determine that the information is no longer required.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to: * Request access to your personal information * Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information * Request deletion of your information in certain circumstances * Request restriction of processing * Object to certain processing activities * Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent * Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
