About The Event
Women’s circles are a supportive environment in which women can feel heard, held and seen without judgment.
What happens in a womens circle? Each event is different depending on the theme of the evening and aside from being all female, the format is kept fluid. Essentially, it is a space for self-reflection, laughter and rest from the busy world. It is a space to come together, free of judgement.
In the demands of modern life, every day can become more and more stressful for the average women and cortisol levels are in a constant heightened state. The connection we feel during a women’s healing circle counters this by fostering oxytocin.
