Lots more of the good stuff you have come to expect from a Rewild & Thrive Retreat. This time our theme is ‘Breakthrough’
We have Yoga, Breathwork, Art Therapy, Board Breaking, Glass Walking and Foraging. We may have some little bonuses for you too
As always you will be well fed with delicious nourishing food.
